Privacy and data handling
How information is collected, used and protected.
Plain language, no boilerplate. Last updated 17 September 2026.
What this site collects
If you request an audit through the form, the website address, email address and any note you provide are sent to Avant Revenue by email and used solely to prepare and deliver that audit. Nothing is added to a marketing list, and no third-party tracking pixels run on this site.
Booking a call goes through Cal.com, which handles that data under its own privacy policy. Anonymous, cookie-free traffic statistics may be collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics; these identify no individual.
What is collected during an engagement
To do the work, Avant Revenue may be granted access to a client's website, e-commerce platform, email marketing platform and advertising accounts. This access is:
Scoped
Granted by the client, at the lowest permission level the work requires, through each platform's own roles: a partner or employee role on Meta and Google, a collaborator account on Shopify, a staff seat on the email platform. Passwords are never shared directly.
Contained
Customer data stays inside the client's platforms. It is not exported, copied to other systems, or used for any purpose other than the agreed work. Aggregate performance figures may be referenced in a case study only with written permission and with identifying details removed.
Revocable
At the end of an engagement the client removes access from their side. A written summary of what was accessed is provided on request.
Retention
Audit requests and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to serve the request and for reasonable business records, then deleted. Clients may ask for their correspondence to be deleted at any time.
